Nowadays it's quite simple with random champion tokens. Just buy cheapest champions for IP and then just go with rerolling 3x random champion shards. It's much cheaper than it used to be for the rest of us who didn't have that option.

Uhhg, I am getting there but still a little ways off. Trying to get all the 4800 champs and less then use 3 tokens > random champ to get the 6300 ip ones since it is only 5100 IP each that way.
