My last ranked game our team got Baron while the other team got Elder Dragon. The other team had been ahead of us all game, and had 2 fire dragons already. I type out "Just avoid fighting, Elder Dragon wears off faster, only lasts 2 minutes".
30 seconds later our 5/10 
throws himself headfirst into their team... then is wondering why the rest of us don't want to team fight with him...
I'm glad I wasn't the first one on the team to call him out on it being a stupid move...
Even worse when 5 minutes after, they give a triple to the enemy ADC while trying to contest a Scuttle. Yes you read that right, unfortunately I had to live it.

I thought this was funny but if you want actual advice I would just recommend /mute all once something your teammates do something stupid like that.
It's a lot easier to play your best when you aren't worried about everyone else.

I remember back in the day some people would get so worked up over a teammate giving up first blood, that they would afk for the rest of the game. smh
