Will there be any buffs/nerfs to Laughing Fish? He seems to be in a good spot right now but his 'Q' "Boards Memes & Games Front Page" Seems buggy. I think it should appear more often as well as his awesome 'W' "Comment with a Gif Which comes from Idk" Very good ability. Will their be changes to Laughing Fish's kit or is he fine where he is?

I think he's pretty balanced. His Q and W have very good AP scaling right now.
