Will there be any buffs/nerfs to Laughing Fish? He seems to be in a good spot right now but his 'Q' "Boards Memes & Games Front Page" Seems buggy. I think it should appear more often as well as his awesome 'W' "Comment with a Gif Which comes from Idk" Very good ability. Will their be changes to Laughing Fish's kit or is he fine where he is?
Laughing Fish4 votesI feel like there is something missing in that kit. http://cdn.funnyhub.com/2014/dec/More-Cowbell/More-Cowbell8.gif

Laughing Fish3 votesI need more upvotes, so that counter all the downvotes. https://img.pandawhale.com/post-30967-Wile-E-Coyote-upvote-gif-Imgur-Tqp1.gif

VeigarIsTall1 votesI think he's pretty balanced. His Q and W have very good AP scaling right now.
