Thats Pot of Greed, a banned Yu-Gi-Oh card that, when played, allows you to draw 2 cards. It was banned for being OP. In yugioh, you can play spell cards with that blue symbol however many times you want at no cost so long as its your turn. So it was basically a card that allowed you to reduce the number of actual cards that do things in your deck AND draw those cards, drastically improving deck consistency and effectively negating the idea of "luck of the draw". Hence it being banned. Though to be honest, at this point Yu-Gi-Oh and "Luck of the draw"/"heart of the cards" is nonexistant. That game is filled with bullshit 1 turn win decks.

I have never watched or played Yugioh a single time. I know what that card is and what it does. I hate that I know this.
