Personally, my biggest peeve is when you teleport, to a minion RIGHT NEXT TO THE TOWER, SATAN'S UNHOLY BALLS WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU.
When our support doesn't buy sightsone, scanner, or vision control tools of any sort, but rushes straight AP (which takes forever)
People with bad map awareness. I would ping an enemy heading in their direction. But the person doesn't back off and get killed anyway. Then he blame for no mia calls.
When a teammate steals a camp I am already clearing.
Drives me furious instantly.
When I tell the jungler where an enemy ward is placed, and they walk right through anyway letting the enemy escape with plenty of warning or walking into an ambush.
Being blamed for a death completely unrelated to me in any way, shape, or form.
When people don't use their trinket to ward and get ganked over and over
When I'm jungling (which is a lot, because it's my main) and someone takes a buff camp without asking me, then says that "its your job to give me, the adc/mid red/blue whenever I want it". Nope. I don't have to give you shit, but if you can get the mental capacity to type "can I have red/blue", I'll most likely say yes. I have every other camp to go on. Just fucking ASK me god damnit. What if I just came right into your house and stole your potato chips (red) and ice cream (blue)? That'd piss you off. So fucking ask me first.
Also, Lux/LB mains, if I'm clearing Blue, that doesnt give you the right to steal it from me if I didn't say anything about it. That is MINE. It belongs to ME. ASK ABOUT IT FIRST! Same goes for ADCs with Red Buff. Fucking enrages me even thinking about it. /rant

When someone is extremely toxic for no reason

Anything at all to do with surrendering. I reflexively hit "No" now whenever I see it and report people who spam votes.
My least favorite thing is when people go all "gg I give up" at less than 10 minutes in. The game is a lot more than the laning phase and I consider keeping the tower up for 10 minutes a good thing. That's not to say I don't or don't want to win lanes, just that teamwork and objectives are the important part.
When you are trying to CS with a skill and the minions survive with 1 health, so your wave kills them all in one hit, and you only get one cs from the wave.
When Draft/Ranked is starting and the first 3 players on my team choose champions with Zero CC. (Slows not included)
Like are you all serious? You all automatically contribute nothing in terms of initiation/disengage/support/objective control. I understand people have their comfort picks, but COME ON. ALL of the CC now relies on 2 roles that may not have any to begin with.
Real life scenario: They call top mid and jungle, proceed to choose Vlad, Zed and Master Yi....................... I choose Soraka "Orbv can you pick Leona or Thresh, we need the CC".

People who go "GG SURRENDER AT 20" so early in the game
When Riot's gonna Update a champion you enjoy and you're praying the the gods that their spells dont change because you enjoy them so much
My only real pet peeve is QQ or band wagon boards. I can't think of any pet peeves in game off the top of my head.
Low elo players.
my biggest one is when people decide to rush full boots with homegaurds, i mean ive seen gold players before when playing with my friends that do it a lot like seriously wtf(i could rant about this for a while
When people ping obvious things.
/pings turret you're already attacking... Thanks.. totally didn't see it there...
/pings you to fall back when you're cornered by four of them because of a fantastic teleport Wow, I had no idea all four of them were here, great ping.
When they say "OMG" & "Noob" countless times as they die. I'm like "Bish I should be the one saying omg noob SHUT DA FUCK UP!"
When I'm playing a jungle champ that doesn't use mana, (I.e, Zac, Aatrox.) and I ping 80 times for the middle laner to get blue buff, but they dont respond, so I just take it, and then they flame me 'OMFG ZAC WTF I NEEDED THAT'
People who type in all caps in champ select NO!!!!! WHY DID YOU BAN VAYNE I WAS GOING TO PLAY HER :( :( :( You're just being an ass to the first pick person. You should have said not to ban her and nobody else in the chat cares.
getting creep blocked by two freaking minions in the middle of an otherwise wide open lane...
When my adc does not let me last hit with Relic Shield When I call MIA, and still my teamates die When I hear that only the support should ward
Toxic players. I can deal with losing, but there are games where people rage-quit, go afk, or intentionally feed that really drive me insane.
When I get told to ward better despite having 3 wards and a pink out, meanwhile they haven't even bought a green ward
when my favorite champion gets reworked and I can't enjoy them anymore
when draven axes get minion blocked and i cant catch them :[
Greedy AF people.

Or when a fed Zed thinks he can 1v5 and dies yet keeps trying to.
When people complains about not following the enemy top laner when he ganks bot... When I don't even have teleport.
When people ping "On the way" while being two screens away or on the other side of the map.
Seriously. By the time they will be here I'll already forget about the ping.
Or when the jungler does the same thing every 1-2 minutes, but takes 20 minutes to actually come. Speak about decisiveness.
But the turret only had 1000 health, the enemy could have easily destroyed it by the time I finished my teleport, then I would have put the spell on cooldown AND had to walk to lane.
For me its when I'm top and junglers gank my lane while dragon is alive. This is especially true if the enemy has a warwick or any other champ that can solo dragon.
