Her name is Compa from Hyperdimension Neptunia... Compa is the personification of the company Compile Heart. And in that game there are many other personified video game companies, systems, even video game series, made into characters.

Vee is easily one of my favorite voice actressess, she does the cutest voices. She has a pretty nice singing voice too. I could listen to her all day.

Cristina Vee is my favorite voice actress I've ever heard. Riven's voice is the best in my opinion, and I also really love her Homura. I've met her and got her autograph many times.
