Vert is the personification of the XBox 360. Which is made by Microsoft, hence why she doesn't have a sister CPU candidate. The sister CPU candidates are all hand-held consoles. Ram and Rom being the 3DS, Uni being the PSP, and Nepgear is based off the Sega Game Gear.

When i heard the poppy rework voice I had a mini nerd attack. Love the Neptunia series.

You are correct! XD I had the same reaction once I found out it WAS IF. Though I hadn't played Hyperdimension Neptunia for a while, when I first heard the PBE leaked lines I swore I had heard that voice before from a different game.

I'm in the same boat. The gameplay was hard to get into but I love the story. Just got the RE:Birth series on steam and hopefully that fixes a lot. I didn't even know about the anime!

And the fact that every obtainable/playable character is a personification of a gaming company, console, hand-held, or even a video game series made it even funnier! At times it DID get a little weird though... But totally worth it. You can get the anime on Barnes & Noble! Though that alone is about $55. But seeing the characters like that and with the original VAs from the game will be worth the price.

That's what sold me on it. I love ambitious or original concepts (being a concept artist this isn't much of a surprise I guess) even if the execution is clunky. Same reason I listen to Coheed & Cambria OOOOOH snap.

I have mixed feelings about Idea Factory. Their gameplay is bland at best, but they tend to make charming characters and silly and light hearted stories.

Cristina Vee is my favorite voice actress I've ever heard. Riven's voice is the best in my opinion, and I also really love her Homura. I've met her and got her autograph many times.
