"Rework" your favorite champion

Congratulations! Riot has decided to "buff" your favorite champion by giving them meaningful "quality of life" buffs. What aspects about their abilities did they change?

The rules are simple...

  1. Nothing too absurd, these are little changes that have a big impact. So having Blitz's Q reset on grabbing someone is a bit too excessive. Giving him an affect similar to how Thresh's Q refunds a part of the cool down would be much better.

  2. You must have a change for every ability, including the passive.

I'll start...

Nami

(Passive) Surging Tides: Now stacks up to three times.

(Q) Aqua Prison: Travel time decreases depending on how close to Nami the ability is cast. (Like Soraka's Starcall)

(W) Ebb and Flow: Bounce cap removed.

(E) Tidecaller's Blessing: Base damage increased by a percentage amount for consecutive hits against a single opponent.

(R) Tidal Wave: Base damage increases on distance

Excuse me while I go destroy the meta in mid-lane...

LeeSin Not my favorite champ, but something I think would be cool

Spike up all the damage on lee's moves, but give him a permanent vision hindrance much like when reksai is in tunneling mode.

Passive: Gives more fury when attacking champions compared to minions, easier to stack up for max fury bite

Q: For every enemy hit by the previous Q, the next does bonus damage

Burrowed Q: True sight

Burrowed W: lowered CD on knockup

E: Now has a base damage of 40-100 (80-200 at max fury) based on spell level

Burrowed E: Max number of tunnels increases based on ability level. From 8-20.

R: Fears all opponents for .5 seconds when fully channeled.

Teemo

Passive: Removes the AS after leaving stealth, and instead ups all damage within 2 seconds by 20%.

Q: Allows enemies to autoattack, but makes their vision very blurry and hard to click or move right and they can't use A+click.

W: Active changed to allow you to hop on and over shrooms as if you were one yourself.

E: Instead of flat DoT, marks an enemy dealing 40% of AP over 4 seconds and on the next Q within a duration or if they get it by stepping on a shroom pops it and deals 170 damage(at max rank, ex: rank 1 would deal 34) instantly. No cooldown, but cannot be stacked twice.

R: Teemo's ultimate now deals no damage of its own, but applies his E that activates instantly, and the slow is upped to 50%/75% and at max rank, stuns for 0.5 seconds. Now stacks 30% faster and only takes 40/70/100 mana but can only hold one charge. No longer grants vision around the shroom, but only on people who step on them.

This would essentially up his burst but lower his poke making him more like an assassin and less like a toxic little shit that negates every top laner, while still keeping him safer with his shrooms, and giving him insane map control late-game with his shroom stuns as long as he plants them as soon as possible all the time, yet still keeping him probably balanced.

Singed: Only one change. Auto Attacks now deal true damage to jungle monsters. Singed is now a jungler.
