I don't think you have met URF Kat. Everything 2 second or less cd except ult which is on a 8 second cd (level 3). Oh, who am I kidding. Everything is on a .2 second cd when you are fighting a full team of squishes (looking at you ez, zed, nidalee, xerath, ???).
Sona really doesn't take any technical skill. besides her ult, its really just QWE. If you have a solid build for her, she's good to go. She's an easy support for someone whos just learning the game. I've been a support main for 2 years now. With my build of heavy ap she's got a hard hit. But with that means you have to pay that much more attention of when to hit the right keys. And you wanna pay attention to the passive effects. map awareness and warding is key. I hate when people look down on Sona, she's a solid support when build and played right. my first pentakill was with my Sona <3
