It's called faceroll: You start with the outer side of your eyes on R, then roll over to Q. Your eye socket ensures to not hit W or E, then you hit Q with the bridge of your nose (nosebridge? it sounds kinda weird, used Google translator). Now you need to maneuver so your forehead is on your keyboard. Since R is on the 10 second cooldown, you don't have anymore use for a proper button order. Just roll around

Well you wanna do R first so they can't attack you back, then the next one is Q because it's damage and you want to get the CD out of the way, you use W to heal any damage taken and E to--

Hello, I will be your local Sona main.

Yes, the button order DOES matter, because you want to use the right Passive Effect.

If you used Q last, you do Tons of dmg, W gives you a DMG Reduction, E gives you a slow.

You normally use either Q If they are in your face and you almost Oneshot them with it, or E to catch up for them.

Use W when a rengar jumps in your face.

don't worry, people like to conveniently forget that Sona actually has depth if you don't just mash your abilities and actually intelligently choose a power chord. it feeds into the whole "sona is a braindead champ" rhetoric that I think some people require for survival. while I think it's definitely super easy to play Sona at a basic level, there's definitely room for a Sona main to show their mastery... it's just not as flashy as some champs.

Depends. Am I arcade or DJ sona with the sweet animation and the huba huba factor :P? JK. Sona is fun though and doing the level 1 cheese poke is great (use two q's in base, then use the q in lane to reset auto and drop all 3 spell procs and a thunderlord). :)

Before the rework you could do the 2 Qs in base and take an AP heavy rune page, walk into lane and immediately chunk the enemy ADC for 70% of their health if they didn't have magic resist, it was pretty hilarious, though the lack of all and any defense you end up with taking that page meant you needed to watch where you stepped or you would just explode.

I don't think you have met URF Kat. Everything 2 second or less cd except ult which is on a 8 second cd (level 3). Oh, who am I kidding. Everything is on a .2 second cd when you are fighting a full team of squishes (looking at you ez, zed, nidalee, xerath, ???).

Sona really doesn't take any technical skill. besides her ult, its really just QWE. If you have a solid build for her, she's good to go. She's an easy support for someone whos just learning the game. I've been a support main for 2 years now. With my build of heavy ap she's got a hard hit. But with that means you have to pay that much more attention of when to hit the right keys. And you wanna pay attention to the passive effects. map awareness and warding is key. I hate when people look down on Sona, she's a solid support when build and played right. my first pentakill was with my Sona <3

That was pre-4.13 Sona. Personally, I've never seen her win a single game of URF post-4.13, not even once, even after seeing her played a few dozen times both on my own team and the enemy's. I'm honestly confused why people even think she's playable.

She is EXTREMELY Strong in URF. But people dont play her in general, so they have no Idea how to utilise her properly.

You can keep saying that, but I've still never seen it. The majority don't even end with a positive score.

As an ex-Sona main myself, I do know how to utilize her properly. Which is why I abandoned her the moment 4.13 went Live and watching her on URF, I don't dare touch her even in that mode.

The real truth is that she's unplayable in EVERY game mode.
