thornmail and lifesteal neutralize each other up to a certain point, but with more lifesteal options and thornmail passive being unique, lifesteal outscales thornmail to an extent

now that i think about it thornmail synergizes against itself because of the huge armor buff.. i guess that's why they added the (+25% of armor) to add a flat return.. maybe they could make it have something like.. 100 armor with an activation that returns 50% of armor on hit(spell or attack).
