Also, I'm not trying to take the fun out of the joke or anything, but wouldn't Nasus get killed by the turrets and plants before he could farm all of them?

I think it would depend on how fed he was if we want to split hairs. If he's farmed a lot of minions then he could probably one shot Heimerdinger turrets, Zyra I'm not to sure about since I think her plants always take 3 hits. He could always go for them instead if they're escape tools are on cooldown, I have seen a fed Nasus practically one shot me and a jungler with his Q before and by endgame we needed to go 5v1 just to kill him.
