syndra - the fanart has been existing for a while
ahri - riot has a hardon for her when it comes to skins. especially this type of skin.
talyah - just because shes new, doesnt have a lot of skins yet, and they could make it work
orianna - same thing. shes a typical midlane mage and the theme can be made work.
there is also a pretty good chance they might give one to one or more supports.
