Okay, so i'm going to start a thread where we list the absolute hardest counter for a champion in their natural role (meta breaking is acceptable though). Basically, how one plays this game is they look at the most recent champion at the bottom of the replies and posts the counter to it (a why is not necessary but appreciated. For example, counters - because olaf can simply out trade riven at nearly all levels, and riven relies on trading well for early lane dominance.

Ahri It really depends on skill for a lot of people, but I find that either Annie Yasuo or Talon can do very well against her if they dodge her charm

Just a few i thought of. But I find that there are lots of champions who do not have true hard counters, which i think is good.

Jax against Fiora , Jax's counter strike nulifies 95% of her damage, and the stun from it can interupt her ult since its not targeted, its AoE. That and its really damn hard to outduel Jax.

Anivia vs Akali , Zed

Because of Anivia's passive, they neither will likely tower dive and especially because of her stun and wall. Also, Anivia's ultimate covers all of Akali's Shroud.

Zed Gangplank vs Malzahar

Malzahar is one of my main champs, Gangplank and Zed both have the ability to counter Malzahar's Ultimate, Zed if he uses his shadow via his own ultimate.
