RIOT: League Disgruntled Manager

It has been over two weeks since my last transmission has made it to the outside. The disgruntled league manager has closed in on my location, and has used certain electronic warfare techniques, that continually knocks my gear offline. I have found a weak point in their jamming, and have just enough time to get this message out.
