Ever carried as Ashe or Varus?

I think I've got a Varus Pentakill somewhere in my match history but I was using Runaan's Hurricane so it was more like this.

varus yes ashe not so much
For Ashe wouldn't you replace the bow with a minigun?
I have carried and gotten multiple Pentas in ranked as Ashe ^-^ it does feel very much like that
