I could come up with so many of these. Here's a sample.
is the tough-but-fair principal that doesn't let anyone get away with anything. She supervises detention herself and personally monitors the halls when she's not busy. Very popular with faculty and parents, but feared and hated by students.
is the grumpy, sour Home Economics teacher. Respected by the staff for her skill at her job, but not very well-liked. Students enjoy her class because they can derail the lesson by complaining about the principal.
is the school bully who goes around harassing and picking on other students, with her excuse being that her extended family is equally terrible to her. Has been known to pick fights with faculty and occasionally win.
is the King of the Nerds and considered such a dangerous maniac that even Shyvana won't pick on him. Rumors are that he was banned from the Science Fair after his last project gained self-awareness and began destroying other projects.
is the kid that tries so hard to be a bully and wants to make everyone fear him, but still gets run up the flagpole by his underwear twice a month. Some of the other kids give him their lunch money out of pity, especially Lulu.

So I am homeschooled, but I highly doubt there is a student/teacher stereotype that ravenously devours everyone he comes in contact with. I guess Cho could be a school mascot or something?

That girl who just moved into town who may very well be the new "it" girl until current popular girl and school snob 
manages to spread the right kind of rumors and get her relegated to the outcast clique. Now, her best friends are class clown 
and class brain , and she couldn't be happier about how things worked out. Now she juggles school life with dating her much older boyfriend 
, who often contemplates the moral issues of dating a high-schooler. Meanwhile, has also started dating 
, a musician and werewolf (as if that last part weren't obvious.) Meanwhile, although they seem to hate each other, begins dating secretly (as in, sneeking off to the broom closet to make out) until they're finally outed, and gets kicked out of her own clique by 
, and then, ironically, joins 's clique, instead. Unfortunately and , friends since childhood, are growing more and more attracted to each other, and are being tempted to cheat on their SOs with each other.
Of course, night-life is far more interesting, since the school sits on Summoner's Rift, the gateway between our world and Runeterra, minions are spilling out into our world in an attempt to take over Earth. It's up to and her friends to last-hit the minions and find a way to seal The Rift before they overrun the planet before they take over, all while keeping it a secret from everyone else. (Hey, this is League of Legends. You need some action in there somewhere.)
And then Phreak starts an ancient Runeterran ritual to turn himself into Baron Nashor and consume both worlds...

Well, she'd probably be dating Pantheon, and she'd always be arguing with Diana in astronomy.... (wait, what kind of high school teaches astronomy?)
