Ryzes Yearly update suggestions

So we are running out of time for the ryze rework and i was thinking of some suggestions.

Q-No longer a skill shot but does 2 less damage at max rank

W-the snare is reduced by .25 seconds but the scaling is increased by 50%

E-Ryze throws a sphere in front of him covering all minions or champions in front of him in a cone. Empowers other abilites and resets q cd

R-Same as now but range can increase on third rank and can also teleport enemy champions when rank 2 [slayer-jinx-wink]
