I had it once where my lane opponent was AFK, but then he came back and got fed enough for us to surrender. I gave up 0 kills before our surrendering teamfight.

When the leaver reconnects 5 mins later only to have the enemies bm him by constantly killing and diving him under the excuse "it's not my fault"

No such thing as BM against the opposing team. Someone gets down for any reason and keeping them down is the best strategy. I don't care if that's because they DC'd or they got ganked.
