Since when is "learn to play against strong picks" the common sense answer to "damage is too high across the board"?

"learn to play against strong picks" is the answer to "Champion X is too strong, what do we do?"

i dont think dmg is too high, i think mobility is too high.

and the amount of counter cs mobility is way too small.
