Can we talk about Caitlyn?

I know she was wayyyyy to strong before hurricane nerf to her kit. That's not my problem with the champ. But now you're nerfed her attack speed growth... even though the point of her kit is to abuse early with her range and auto attacks and fall off late while other carries get stronger. In doing so, her win rate has swung from a 52% after hurricane nerf, to around 48.5%... So I gotta ask, is she getting the Season late 4-5 Azir treatment??? Or just enough nerfs to make her unplayable and rework her kit(which is essentially Ryze after every single rework)..?
