The stun in itself is OP.

But that's not counting in the 5 millenia it takes for it to travel it's full distance which balances this out again.

morg's dmg is honestly one of the lowest among mages, rito wants her to be support like lulu so they tweak numbers in her kit to make her dmg not strong enough to be a dmg treat.

She can shove in the wave and keep people at distance with her strong cc whilst also being fairly safe due to her spellshield.

her dmg early game is actually bad, u need 3 points in your w to kill the caster minions and I remember you need some more ap to kill the melee minions.

Thats true, but with her aoe i believe she can hit every single minion in the wave if they are lined up 3-3 to attack your minions, so it does help quiet a bit, and once you get a bit of ap its probaly quite easy to shove the wave, since you probaly have runes and masteries too i doubt you need W lvl 3 to shove the wave, but idk.

The only thing I would ever complain about (and already did) are point blank Q's. I mean, they could do it like Xeraths stun (big travel time = long stun; short travel time = short stun) this would reward people for actually being good, rather than being suicidal. They don't even would have to touch the damage.

I can see that working, but Morgana's Q roots so they would have to change it to a complete stun.

I imagine some of the winrates overall are inflated because there are some on the bottom end sitting sub 40%

but which source are you looking at?

OP.GG it varies from source to source. Op.gg takes each champion for different lanes though so it could be different if it doesn't take into account what position she is being played at.
