The stun in itself is OP.
But that's not counting in the 5 millenia it takes for it to travel it's full distance which balances this out again.
Personally I find her shield more annoying. At least I can dodge the Q...
Her Q does cc for quite a while and deals a huge amount of dmg :P
I'm more shocked at the length of Bard's stun.
The only thing I would ever complain about (and already did) are point blank Q's. I mean, they could do it like Xeraths stun (big travel time = long stun; short travel time = short stun) this would reward people for actually being good, rather than being suicidal. They don't even would have to touch the damage.
I imagine some of the winrates overall are inflated because there are some on the bottom end sitting sub 40%
but which source are you looking at?
the only reason her win rate is high is because she is very safe against many new mages.
