My biggest peeve though when I midlane is a jungle trying to give blue either:

1. Right when I need to back and not backing now gives advantage to their midlaner (I just back anyway and tell jungle to take it if he can't wait)

2. When there is a wave at my turret, sorry, but losing creeps for no reason isn't a good idea.

For those reason I usually tell my mid when they are getting blue and let them fast push a wave so that they lose nothing and gain blue.
