Judging from how minions are coming from all angles, it can be assumed that all three inhibitors are down, and that Katarina was split-pushing. Since the original poster said that your team won the teamfight and Warwick's color is green, that means that Warwick was at base while your team was fighting the enemy team. Your team won, but your inhibitors were already down/destroyed by Katarina, and Katarina's split pushing won her team the game. Warwick was just standing around and had maybe just recalled or revived.

I'm guessing that the original poster was implying that Warwick was assigned to defend the base against split pushes, but he went off to farm the jungle or something or got assassinated and Katarina was able to take down the base. "Where's Warwick?" "Reviving."
