Second: There really isn't a trick to it. The so called "cool people" are just people who have posted so much shit people recognize their names. Just post stuff you think is funny, and you will be fine.
Third: This community kinda sucks and is filled mostly with scumbags and assholes. Just post what ever you want. If people upvote it, great. If they don't, oh well.
Finally: Remember that haters are gonna hate. If someone tries to insult you, openly mock them with gifs. That is my philosophy.
