Isnt lethality kinda hard countered by armor? O_O

Shouldnt tanks largely be able to ignore someone who only has that and no armor shredd like black cleaver and lord dom?

I know this is Memes & Games but fuck lethality shouldn't be here, it's an anti low armor stat, pretty bad vs tanky champs.
