Okay seriously like the fuck Rito. Like holy shit I have seen maybe Karma 15 times this year in the Champion Rotation along with Graves and many others. Like I been hoping to play Aatrox again but nope that was before summer and since then I haven't seen him in the Champion Rotation![zombie-brand-facepalm]

Was just talking to someone about this the other day and the free rotation is pretty dumb in 2015. There are champions that have been on there dozens of times, some (like Annie as was pointed out) that have been on there double to triple some champions, and a few that have been there once the entire year, maaaaaaaybe twice.
I don't know who picks the rotations, but they either need to get a program to randomly select or be less biased. I have every champ so doesn't impact me, but I have friends who don't, and they have no way to tryout champs unlike literally every other MOBA in existence (every other one has a way to try before you buy or all unlocked like Dota2 ).

Karma 5, AAtrox 3. Not bad considering there are more top champions than supports. Other people have said that Annie is high - she had 3 in Season 5.
