Really Riot With The Hextech?

Okay guys I know we seen this so much now about how it is unfair with the not allowed to get loot from the past stuff. But listen okay so I go to riot support and explain my side before this went live. Last month I got a I think 5 or 10 chat ban. Finished it on that same day the guess what I got ddossed for the whole month. After a withdrawal of League (it felt like i was a crackhead) But I come back yesterday and what I get free chest but the past three games yesterday or more oh no what Ineligible. I haven't said anything bad at all yesterday calm being nice and all. Yeah no S but still it say's oh not going to happen anyway (like a big F U to me) So I am not going to add the name of the support person. Clearly this shows that they didn't even read at all.

"It looks like you’ve recently been punished for behavioral issues. Players who’ve been punished will no longer earn Hextech Chests through achieving an S rank on the Rift, nor will they earn key fragments after matchmade victories. This restriction will be lifted after your punishment ends and you’ve shown clear improvement. Because it’s based on your personal behavior, there’s no set date or time when this will happen."

This Clearly shows that they don't care about us really. Well unless I see a rioter reply to this maybe but that reply will be judged cause I can tell if some read something I typed or not.

Are you proposing that Riot should instead care about toxic players more than nontoxic players?

but this 'system' they have implemented is semi bullshit. I got one key fragment dropped from the one game I played last night, went to bed woke up this morning to play a match finished with an S ranking and suddenly I cant get drops anymore? What kinda system is designed to delay punishment like that. Just seems like an unpolished turd that CS:GO spat out as a way of saying hurr go buy the chests if you want em tbh

Sorry if the Riot employee didn't explain it well to you. Riot had adopted a 4 tier punishment system. Each time you get punished you move up a tier. The first 2 tiers are chat bans, the third tier is a 14 day ban and the fourth tier is a permanent ban. This is how people can get permanent banned over stuff that before they only got a chat ban for.

Once you've been punished it takes 3 months for you to move down a tier level. So if you've only been punished once you won't be eligible for hextech crafting until 3 months from the day you were punished, even if you worked off the chat ban within a couple days.

So stay positive and you should still be able to get tons of chests before the season ends.

Or you know, you'd realize it takes 3 months to drop down a punishment tier.
