Really Riot With The Hextech?

Okay guys I know we seen this so much now about how it is unfair with the not allowed to get loot from the past stuff. But listen okay so I go to riot support and explain my side before this went live. Last month I got a I think 5 or 10 chat ban. Finished it on that same day the guess what I got ddossed for the whole month. After a withdrawal of League (it felt like i was a crackhead) But I come back yesterday and what I get free chest but the past three games yesterday or more oh no what Ineligible. I haven't said anything bad at all yesterday calm being nice and all. Yeah no S but still it say's oh not going to happen anyway (like a big F U to me) So I am not going to add the name of the support person. Clearly this shows that they didn't even read at all.

"It looks like you’ve recently been punished for behavioral issues. Players who’ve been punished will no longer earn Hextech Chests through achieving an S rank on the Rift, nor will they earn key fragments after matchmade victories. This restriction will be lifted after your punishment ends and you’ve shown clear improvement. Because it’s based on your personal behavior, there’s no set date or time when this will happen."

This Clearly shows that they don't care about us really. Well unless I see a rioter reply to this maybe but that reply will be judged cause I can tell if some read something I typed or not.

They could treat them equally when it comes to things like Hextech crafting. I mean, they already got punished lol.

but this 'system' they have implemented is semi bullshit. I got one key fragment dropped from the one game I played last night, went to bed woke up this morning to play a match finished with an S ranking and suddenly I cant get drops anymore? What kinda system is designed to delay punishment like that. Just seems like an unpolished turd that CS:GO spat out as a way of saying hurr go buy the chests if you want em tbh

If you got punished overnight that's your own fault, otherwise you did not read it properly.

if I got punished while I was logged out and sleeping thats my fault? I am sorry you cannot comprehend the sentence that was written.

My only issue is why was it applied retroactively after I was already deemed okay to get drops to begin with. If rito wanted to block people from getting drops in the beginning then why was I allowed to get a drop then be told I cant get any drops.

You got a negative restriction over night. That's on you for your behavior. Riot does not hand out restrictions for no reason.

DURR I GOT KEY ME GO SLEEP GET MORE KEY IN MORNING. WHY NO GET MORE KEY I LOG OUT AN SLEEP I DUN NO HOW FIX? :/ They drop now but apparently they allow people who dont understand english in the NA side of the board.

If my behavior was an issue I would have understood but to get punished while not even logged into the system to do anything worth a punishment then have it randomly removed a few days later?

If you dont understand that concept then please remove yourself from the conversation or I can continue to dumb it down until there is no english language just grunts and pointing.

You CAN get punished over night. I smehow got a 10 game chat ban once after not playing for half a year, which in itself was dumb as they used a game from when I was LEVEL TWO for the punishment. You dont need to be logged in to be punished.

Sorry if the Riot employee didn't explain it well to you. Riot had adopted a 4 tier punishment system. Each time you get punished you move up a tier. The first 2 tiers are chat bans, the third tier is a 14 day ban and the fourth tier is a permanent ban. This is how people can get permanent banned over stuff that before they only got a chat ban for.

Once you've been punished it takes 3 months for you to move down a tier level. So if you've only been punished once you won't be eligible for hextech crafting until 3 months from the day you were punished, even if you worked off the chat ban within a couple days.

So stay positive and you should still be able to get tons of chests before the season ends.

^That part is true, but as your support response said, there's no set time for when you'll be able to earn loot.

Yes and why do i have to wait 3 months. That would cause more frustration and toxicity. I would rather take Riot to court to get the money I spent on this game than rather being fucked. Not my fault I had a bad day why should I censor my self cause Riot don't like bad words.

Becuase you were a dick to others and therefore you don't deserve it? Not your fault you had a bad day, it is your fault you decided to lash out at others for it. You should not just censor yourself, but if you're going to be an asshole, don't, unless you're willing to face the consequences.

LOL YOU SERIOUSLY TRY TO USE THE MONEY ARGUMENT I'M DYING WITH LAUGHTER It's not your money, it's Riot's. The moment you agreed to spend it, it became Riot's. You trying to sue them will probably get you thrown out by the court for frivolous waste of time or whatever it was called, and then Riot would probably sue you in return for wasting their time and money.

It's not that Riot doesn't like bad words. In fact they don't really mind them at all. But when you start using them to be a jerk towards others, that's when the problem arises. Riot, as well as a large majority of the community do not appreciate it when people start acting like jerks, which is why jerks are punished.

As a side note, we don't know how long you have to wait before you are eligible to receive the hextech chests/keys. There's no set time period you have to wait, it will differ from player to player.

My last punishment was in dec and I'm still restricted. Tbh I dont think they have even implemented a "reform algorithm" or anything. They are just making it up as they go along. If something is already in place why has it taken over weeks to show it....or even get a straight response from riot.
