You realize Yorick counters Nasus right? Strong early game zoning and high mixed damage. The ghouls have rapidly decaying HP that makes them hard to last hit and combined with their janky hitbox it really isn't that easy to reliably stack on them.

Heimerdinger is the one Nasus really has fun with IMO.

I think the idea of the joke is not that fact that Nasus has 600 stacks early but he probably has a LOT more then he should

No it actually possible. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/File:Perfect_Creep_Score.png At the 20 minute mark, there would have been 240 creeps spawned and 234 that reached lane. If the nasus manages to Q last hit every single one of them, then he could be around 700 stacks.

The other toplaner has to be extremely bad to let him get to that point, hell even when I get free lanes the best I can do is 500 at 20. Although my record is 700 at 25 minutes, it would be higher but they always surrender at that point.

That being said having a ridiculous stack count and spamming the snoop dog dance + Mastery 5 on infernal Nasus knowing the enemy is too scared to interrupt you has to be one of the most satisfying things you can do in the game.

I love it when I'm 0/0/0 as Nasus at 20 minutes with five hundred stacks and the jungler comes in for a gank... you can just see the terror in the toplaner's eyes as they try to warn them it's a bad idea, but by then it's too late...
