I see it more as they pronounce it, though not exactly. I say the Ta like Tah, not Tuh. And I also move emphasis on the first syllable. So TAH-lee-ah.
This is coming from somebody who will not back down on the pronunciation of Shaco (dude should rhyme with Taco).
