Shinirup3 votesWell Annie was released as a kid in February 2009. So she is 7 years older than her age at release. Around 10-13 seems to fit. I am more curious as to why she didn't age while 10+ in the pic. She looks the same as now. It is as if the artist thinks she is over 10 in game.

Q- targeted 2000 range deals (1,2,3,4,5)000 plus 200% ap true damage W- flames erupt in a wave from annie in a complete circle. they then travel at a global range dealing (2,3,4,5,6)0% +1% per 10 ap. max health true damage based on the maximum health of the highest health unit on the map (so baron) E- Annie shields all of her allies globally (including minions) granting them 9(2,4,6,8)-100% reduced damage for 40 seconds and any enemy that deals damage with a basic attack to the target will be instantly killed and put on a 10 minute respawn timer. Ult- annie summons tibbers. tibbers now takes up a full 1/4 of the map and causes the enemy teams accounts and clients to delete themselves. Tibbers instantly destroys the nexus ignoring all turrets and inhibitors.

But you know lore isn't gameplay and gamplay isn't lore?
All she has done in lore was subjugating a magical bear. That's hardly powerful for anybody released after game's official launch.
Alternatively I missed the joke due to poor writing.
