Me acting surprised when Riot buffs a broken champion

If you're talking about Zoe, she honestly is kinda weak right now. She's always frustrating to play just because the way her kit was made, but shes significantly weaker than most midlaners currently.

Is this a general comment, or did Riot do something really weird on the PBE like give Akali's shroud resistances w/o first removing the 'true'-stealth?
