Rumble q damage broke???? Help

Rumble q level 1 0 ap does 75dmg for three seconds so 75x3 225 plus 150& 562.5 at level one with 0 ap is this suppose to be like this did i do the math wrong? and btw its +100& of your ap so if u do build items
