Rumble q damage broke???? Help

Rumble q level 1 0 ap does 75dmg for three seconds so 75x3 225 plus 150& 562.5 at level one with 0 ap is this suppose to be like this did i do the math wrong? and btw its +100& of your ap so if u do build items

They get their info directly from the coding, did you have like 3 ap when you checked? Also most champs start with between 400 and 600 hp, his q does not 1 shot at level 1, it deals about 80 dmg or whatever.

Then where are you getting 100% scaling? You cant divide by 0, so 0/0 isn't 100%

No imeant that he scales for 100 percent of his ap so if u go full ap he gets tons of dmg
