How about this instead:

Passive: same

Q: Same damage, but each Q landed gives 5% Movespeed.

W: Scrap exp passive and bring back overlap damage. Lower Movespeed steriod from 75 to 50, with no decay effect, so Morde gets a solid +50 MS when w is up, even on solo cast with no munions or allies.

E: Same

R: Same

Malz got the Morde style rework though, so it would just be the same thing all over again..........
