im pretty sure they fuck up taric. taric uses gems to enhance his stuff. making him kinda like sona.
all they need is buff his scaling, his passive deals like what? 10% of your armor as bonus dmg? taric is support, best case he gets 150 armor that is +15 bonus dmg. dude noone gives a f*ck about 15 dmg. increase that to 50% of his armor + mr and his passive is usefull again
