Because Teemo has crap ratios and Rabadon's is a horrible item. Luden's? Sure, the passive gives a good ratio for the AP and any additional AP, plus burst. Zhonyas? Great for defense and awesome on Teemo! Heck, Rod of Ages gives health and mana, both of which he needs. But why Rabadon's? His ratios are so crap there's no need. Magic penetration is so much better. Lich Bane passive. Luden's passive. Zhonyas active and armor. Anything to give more than just a flat crapton of AP.

Teemo item 3146 item 3151 item 3115 item 3089 item 1310 item 3022 This is surprisingly effective at all point of the game. Death cap isnt on his standard build tho. Most just get a Void3

I'm cringing hard because every Singed who's ever mained him knows that item 1027 item 2054 Is a fine start to rush item 3070 Which is still tremendously efficient on him and one of the best items he can get for the gold.

item 3070 item 3151 item 3116 item 3075 item 3102 item 3009 Is Bonkers for Utility, Damage, Tankiness, 1v1 Dueling the Splitpushing ADC's (everyone but Vayne really), and being the first into the fray to flip isolate.

item 3040 is overrated on singed imo yeah the 1000 manahelps but thats just 250hp from passive and able to have Q on literally 24/7. item 3027 is so broken 500HP 800Mana 120Ap its honestly not fair. and the usual item 3116 and item 3151

You don't build the tear into Seraph's. You sell the tear and Get whatever item will help you win. Often times it's Rabadons.

1000 Mana and 250 HP for only 750 gold? That's Gold Efficiency like you wouldn't believe. Singed is mana starved if you use his Q aggressively. Tear allows him to turn it on and leave it on. Fire and Forget.

You get 500HP and 800 Mana and 120 AP for 3k Gold. And it's inefficient as all hell. What I posted is Inverted Composers (Best Singed World probably) signature build. He and Druid Droid did lots of work and lots of math to show that Tear is obscenely gold efficient and obscene on Singed.
