You can still Kill him with Wind slash and Knock him up AFTER his Q finishes, I know this, because i'v done it.

Sounds like the Riven was a fool then, No Riven should ever Lose to a Yi her Kit is designed to counter his, and Riven's Third Q will Knock up Yi even if he had already used his Q becuase he can't be targeted while doing it but he is not invincible while doing It.

When he's untargettable he's basically zed ult untargettable, so yes he cant be affected by any of Rivens abilities. BUT, im pretty sure ignite still hits him. (if it doesnt, its borderline invincible)

No any and all of Riven's abilties can Hit Yi while he is in his Q I know this because I'v killed Yi's with Windslash while he was in his Q and i'v seen Morgana's Root him with a Q and Yasuo's Knock him up with a Q.

If you killed Yi with wind slash when he was in Q mode, he didn't time it right (the visual Q is inaccurate) or he didn't have enemy minions to use for extra seconds to be untargettable. Morgana rooting Yi is same as Wind Slash, and you GOTTA be lying about that Yasuo part because you can't see him get knocked up, you wouldn't really know if he got knocked up because you can't see him, and you wouldn't be able to ult him if you did as Yasuo.

It makes him UNTARGETABLE not INVINCIBLE! He can NOT avoid damage while he is in Q, so skills that aren't point and click CAN hit him and CAN kill him.

Hang on there, I'm not sure if I'm reading this incorrectly or not, but it seems as though you're trying to say that skillshots are supposed to be able to hit Yi while he's in his Q, this is obviously incorrect (Note that I am referring to the part of his Q where you cannot see Yi himself, not the cast animation).

During Yi's Q the only effects that should be able to harm him is DoT's, HOWEVER, due to Riot's sphaghetti code, it doesn't work as intended all the time, which means that sometimes it's possible to hit him with skillshots during his state of untargetability.

So what this means is that Morgana Q's and Riven windslashes hitting Yi WHILE he is supposed to be untargetable is just because of a bug, nothing else.

Yi can essentially avoid damage by never being hit by it in the first place.

Yes, it is a bug that has been complained about for a long time, Riot has simply not cared to fix it(It is fully possible that they've fixed it some time ago, but since it seems to still be happening, I'd assume it's back like a certain Rengar bug that was "Fixed" only to return a few patches later, about 3 times). If you've ever watched Cowsep play, you'd know how frequently this happens.
