Yes true its typical to xerath and kogmaw, however in low elo sometimes you can get called scripter with all champions tho xD

From the bottom of my heart, screw you for playing Xerath, most uninteractive laning phase ever.
One suggestion from an old-school Xerath player.
Unless you need it for GW (2-3 champions with high self/heals) you can skip Morello and rush a high AP item like Luden's and manage your mana with AAs. Once I started doing so I improved my eprformances with Xerath by a good margin.
xerath is statistically the most scripted on champion
I get it worse when things don't worse, since I tend to skip Morellonomicon for a faster Needless -> Ludens.
He needs a new passive and for his ultimate not to leave him completely vulnerable.
He should gain 60% damage reduction during it, so that it can be used in clutch situations or just protect him more if someone closes the gap while he's immobile.
The passive needs to be changed because Morello made mana-regen passives obsolete, so champions who relied on the fact the enemy would run out of mana before no longer have that as an advantage.
