Riot Scarizard: Don't worry, last year was one of the worst balanced preseasons in league of legends history. It was a total disaster and every assassin we reworked is either currently overpowered as fuck or useless as shit because we nerfed them into oblivion -

Riot Scarizard: Thats why this year instead of breaking an entire class, we're going to break the whole game instead its genius!

Riot Billy: But, sir why don't we just test out these changes on PBE before we release them to live servers, this year doesn't have to be a balance nightmare!

Riot Scarizard: You shut your mouth, I don't pay you to think logically, this shits going out ASAP. Besides who cares we could demote everyone to Bronze V - 0 LP right before the season ends and these idiots will still play our game!

Riot Joe: Yes sir, and we even threw in some Vayne and Ahri buffs as well!
