Oh hi Ripred, we just played a game together. I was Shyv jungle and you were malphite top. We had that jinx that destroyed everything.
Anyways, I'm guessing Cho'Gath. Though Morde as far as I can find has the highest base AD at lvl 18 with 146, while skarner is down at 133.5.

Skarner doesn't have the highest base ad anymore. That title belongs to Morde with 146 AD
