Honestly tank Teemo isn't that bad. Grasp + things like frozen mallet and HP makes him do a surprisingly high amount of damage.

Also, tbh, Tankmo can be viable. You just need to build a bit more offensively. Throw Gunblade and Wit's End into that, and he'd be unstoppable. No joke.
