My feeling while there is that one guy running LoL on a potato and everyone is waiting for them to finish loading the game.
Seriously, why is this even a thing? Why is the game not already loaded or loading critical files like the map files as soon as you select your gamemode. I get there are dick backers but I'd rather have potatoes 50% preloaded when the countdown ends than wait 500 years for them at the beginning.
Hard enough waiting 1:30 for minions to show up.
Between slow computers and minion spawning, I'm spending +5 minutes not playing league.
