Well... I was bored one day, so I decided to figure out exactly how much AD (It's possible to get more AD if you replace ghostblade with another 75 ad item and replace the CDR glyphs with scaling AD, however the difference in AD is incredibly small) I could achieve on Riven and how much damage one combo would do.

Riven needs to be level 18, have Youmuu's ghostblade, Death's dance, Blood thirster, Mercurial scimitar, Duskblade of Draktharr and Ravenous hydra.

Elixir of Wrath, Baron buff, 5th Dragon buff, the Natural Talent mastery, Thunderlord's Decree, be affected by a Full AP Janna shield, a level 3 Taric ultimate aura, aswell as her own Blade of the Exile buff.

9 AD scaling marks, 9 AD scaling seals, 9 AD scaling quintessences, 9 scaling CDR glyphs (The scaling AD glyphs are so bad, I decided to use CDR instead).

Janna needs to be level 18, have 3 Rods of Ages, 1 Seraphs embrace, 1 Rabadon's Deathcap and 1 fully stacked Mejai's soulstealer, Natural Talent mastery, all scaling AP runes, aswell as being affected by the Elixir of Sorcery buff, Blue buff, Baron Buff, 5th Dragon buff, be affected by a level 3 Taric Ult aura and Zeke's harbinger.

This will result in a total of 1182.815296 Bonus AD, add her 107 Base AD and you'll have 1289.815296 Total AD ( 107 Base AD, 440 AD from items, 45 AD from runes, 252.6840 AD from Janna's shield, 35 AD from Taric's ultimate, 30 AD from Elixir of Wrath, 40 AD from Baron buff, and 10 AD from Natural Talent x 1.344 (Blade of the Exile buff and 5th Dragon buff) equals a grand total of:

1289.815296 AD

With this amount of AD your abilities will deal:

Innate (Passive): 644.907648 Innate-Empowered-AA: 1934.722944 Q: 2591.6675328 (863.8891776/Q) W: 1352.815296 E: 0 Damage, but grants a shield that blocks 1392.815296 damage R: Blade of the Exile: 0 Wind Slash: 1189.6891776 - 2609.0675328 (based on missing health) Hydra:1289.815296 TLD: 566.9445888 (Magic)

Which means that one combo consisting of 6 Innate-Empowered Auto attacks (11608.337664) 3 Q's (2591.6675328) 1 W (1352.815296) 1 E (0) 1 Wind slash (2609.0675328, assuming it deals full damage) and 1 Hydra active (1289.815296) deals a total of 19451.7033216 physical damage and 566.9445888 magic damage from Thunderlord's Decree.

With this setup, Riven will also have 40% CDR, 75% Single Target LS versus champions and 20% multitarget/AoE LS aswell as 60% Single Target LS versus minions and monsters and 5% multitarget/AoE LS.

She will also have a shield that blocks 3401.603366 damage, this is approximately 68.4% more than her level 18 maximum health (2020)

(Multitarget/AoE LS comes from Death's Dance and Elixir of Wrath, 5% from Death's dance and 15% from Elixir of Wrath. LS is also lower versus minions because Elixir of Wrath's LS only works versus champions.
