I think I’m starting to realize why this one hasn’t come out... In China, a lot of laws are set to avoid people thinking about certain things, including skeletons ‘n stuff (I don’t have all the specifics).
I’m not sure why this can’t be region-restricted, but because Karthus is a skeleton here—of course, as he should be—he cannot be seen in Chinese gameplay. That’s my theory based off of personal research.
