its 50% win rate because some person picked him in two games and lost 1 of them

Veigar won't counter mages after the MYMU anymore. His enemy ap scaling is getting turned into a missing health scaling, ult is now a finisher

Yes but you see most Oceanikans don't read the patch notes and don't understand what any of this means anyway, so they'll still pick Veigar. It sad that Veigar's ult has been changed, i really liked it.
