In the Tahm Kench Q&A, Riot stated they had a "make fish" button. After seeing the Poros/Wharf Rats on Butcher's Bay, I can confirm they weren't lying.

Please note: when have you seen a commercial / ad for cigarettes/cigars in the USA?

You don't. There's some pretty hefty laws. Look into it.
