In the Tahm Kench Q&A, Riot stated they had a "make fish" button. After seeing the Poros/Wharf Rats on Butcher's Bay, I can confirm they weren't lying.

There was a thread where Rito said they wouldn't make Pool Party Ahri unless they could make her more unique than in a bikini and holding a beach ball. Well, they said they wouldn't make any Pool Party skins unless they could make them interesting (like Zac and Lulu).

What law would ban cigars from a videogame, but no from a trailer for the videogame? (A New Dawn, Graves is smoking a cigar)

And there's a T rating on games that have 'Use of Tobacco' in them, since League already has a T rating (one of the original reasons WAS Graves' use of tobacco) I still don't see the problem.

If someone could clue me in as to why I'd appreciate it.
