The Elementalist Lux skin has some sketchy particles to her Q, which makes it hard to know when you're actually within the hitbox.

The joke is that Lux players can beat Katarina easier with this skin because of that.

Basically what Ashe said, her Q particles go invisible at the last couple pixels, and her E is really hard to see (impossible to see on ARAM too).

love it when people complain about elementalist lux being invisible. I mean get a new graphics card cause unless u have graphics on ultra there are quite a few champs that have invisible abilities. Yes champions not just a 30$ skin

Well then theres the problem, because elementalist lux is a skin, and it technically buffs lux by making her projectiles less visible. If champions have invisible projectiles, then well thats not too bad because it's just a part of their base kit. If a skin gives you an advantage then there is a problem.

they will probobly fix the lux skin because it is known to offer an advantage. My complaint is other champs having abilities that cant be seen on lower graphic setting that wont get fixed. for example You can not see ekkos animation of casting his stun bubble at all on the lowest settings. You dont know that he casted it unless you listen for it. Even on ultra you dont know where it will land.

I play other mid laners also, I like going lich bane on lux since you weave in autos to proc her passive its good against tanks and people who you cant land skillshots onlategame its like 700-800 magic damage per auto when your proc lux's passive I almost always build it 2nd unless they are getting magic resist then I will go void 2nd.

I haven't built Lich on her but it sounds cool, I usually never am close enough enemies late game to auto them/set off passive other than ult though.

I really like going hybrid runes though to make those auto attacks HURT

Its not bad like 6th item, but it isn't better than ludens, you need zhonyas, gunblade is more damage/better spike early, and rabadons/voidstaff is more important.

I have the benefit of raining both Kat and Lux, which gives me an extremely slight advantage in this case, since I know a Kat player's mindset and can predict where they'll probably be in half a second.
