his passive give reduced magic dmg. but yea, this doesnt really make sense, no point in giving a passive that give mr if you take off mr from his stats
Kass also gets % reduced magic damage, a magic damage shield, a low-cooldown blink, a heavy slow that charges up on spell casts, and a channel interrupt.
Talon gets... burst, some base MR, a dash, and some invis with move speed
It’s his passive that’s why.
