When the enemy team bans my champ
but really it was a new champ I was going to try and learn, so I default to my main champion where I annihilate the entire game.

It's like when I pick Akali. I'm not that good at her and the enemy team bans her, and they're probably glad. But then I switch to Karthus and destroy everybody.
I remember one game I queued as Support and got an early draft. Our Jungler asked me to secure Rengar for them. Being the helpful Support that I am, I obliged and hovered him. They asked me what I wanted and I was working on Soraka at the time, so they hovered her for me. Bans come through and suddenly Soraka is gone. (I mean, seriously----who bans Soraka?) Jungler asks me what I want instead, so I ask if they have Sona, which they do.
Proceed to handily win the game and get my first Mastery 7 Token for Sona. Things just have a way of working out.
