Ranked Placement

Hello, I finally finished my S7 ranked placements (as a casual player I do not get a lot of play time, thats why I just finished). Last year in S6 I got placed B4 after my placements, I lost all 10 games. This year, full of experience and hope I do my placement games again. First in the pre season: Bronze 4. I won 6 out of 10 games, with multiple S scores. I did even better now for my season 7 placements, where I won 7 out of 10 games! Though guess what I get: bronze 4... Riot told us that almost always are rank was gonna be lower than our rank last season. But how am I as a casual player who gets a max of 100 ranked games a year supposed to climb out of bronze, the division full of feeders?
