Getting item 3025 and item 3110 is the problem. Because of the redundancy of CDR and mana it is usually better to get one or the other but not both. If you want the attack speed reduction aura get item 3143 . Otherwise a simple item 3068 would do the trick. Presumably, he's just trying to get as much armor as possible, in which case a second item 3075 is also redundant but cheaper and gives more armor.

Replace item 3065 item 3075 with item 3512 item 3143 or item 3068 . Your W + passive is going to kill them, not Thornmail. Chances are, the ADC won't want to target you anyhow.

His passive is one of the my favorite things about his kit. As long as he keeps hitting someone, he can practically spam his abilities. Sadly I don't think they are going to keep it on him after his rework :(

Well, they did say they wanted his passive to be "very similar" to live, but I'm not sure if that means it's gonna keep the cooldown reduction.

45% CDR = endless CC lock.
