Just make sure you application is in, when they need to expand for testing, or if enough people become inactive, they will send out requests. Its a lottery of sorts, but just stay active on the forums and dont be a jerk. Im not positive, but Im pretty sure that helps.

as a rammus main, the bullets should just start ricocheting and killing you when he gets to melee range. people also seem to forget that mountain of armour is turning in to a mountain of AD due to his passive, its not odd for me to be hitting for 200+ dmg with basic attacks
